Happened in NA. I know the ping is not good, but I can play PVP in NA when the latency is as high as 275ms. I don't know what the current upper limit is, but it's definitely more than 250ms. Because just after this kick I continued to play pvp there for quite some time, and there was no kick. This is obviously some kind of bug.
