The 3M was created in 3048 with the use of newly recovered lostech. It was utilised a small pulse laser and a single ultra AC/5 backed up by two medium lasers. It saw use during the clan invasion.

The 3M is an extremely popular variant of the Cicada due to it's ECM capability, although this is apocryphal as the 3M never had ECM functions. Still it's a great scout and harasser 'mech that quirks well with the ultra AC/5. This thing can be built to be a real threat to any target in the right hands and is definitely worth picking up.
