Ingredients:
600g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1/2 cup room temperature yogurt
3 tbsp melted butter
water
make the dough and leave for an hour
divide the dough into 3 equal sections. Flat the dough with a rolling pin and leave for an hour for rising
for brushing:
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup water
Seeds:
sesame seeds
poppy seeds
black seeds
Preheated oven:450F (230C)
Bake Time:Down rack for 3 minutes
up rack for 3 minutes
after baking bursh with melted butter (optional)
