✓ Whenever we visit Bradford we absolutely have to make a special visit to Cannon Mills Sunday Market, especially to get a fresh prepared stuffed parantha from the Tazza Spices food stall.

The tiny "hole in the wall" type shop / stall, specialises in serving up India / Pakistani Street style inspired fully loaded filled flatbreads; namely a desi food favourite treat known as Paratha.

In this video you can watch "Master Paratha Maker" Taz making up our delicious Vegetarian Parantha order with a Sarson Ka Saag & Spiced Potato filling.

Here there is no secret to the recipe & preparation because they make everything in full view of you; while you wait, we feel that this is delicious restaurant quality fast food; but at affordable street food prices!!!

The great news is that Taz has recently open a new cafe called "Tazza Kitchen" and the even better news is that in an upcoming video we got to record in Taz's new kitchen where Taz reveals her recipe secrets for making the perfect Toor Daal......keep a look out for the part 2 video coming soon.

As well as the new daily cafe, you can also still can catch Tazza Spice every Sunday at the ever popular Cannon Mills Sunday Market, its a market bazaar which offers Asians a little taste of "back home" right in the heart of Yorkshire (in North England) and so is especially popular with Pakistani, Indian and Asian visitors alike.

We absolutely love a places such as this, a place which reminds us of the Indian Subcontinent's pavement kitchens', kitchens that provide sustenance for its many inhabitants with the cheapest and tastiest of freshly made food anywhere. Reminding us of the street characters who create food that is blessed by hand and human touch and further energised and charged by positive thoughts.

You can go many times to India and love it every moment of your time spent there, (but you're always sad in the knowledge that India only exists in India and nowhere else) the sights you see, the sounds you hear, the people you meet; all serve to feed you not just physically but also emotionally and spiritually.

Taking a walk around the great, colourful outdoor and indoor market makes you feel like you are somehow magically transported to an exotic, far off eastern market bazaar walking around in a market place somewhere in Pakistan or India..........not Bradford.
