Some really nice heavy duty transit type Orenstein & Koppel (O&K) escalators at a Lisbon Metro station. These four escalators connects the concourse level with the exit at Rua do Crucifixo. Sadly the other sets weren't working. I like the traffic light style direction indicators which was a common feature found in many older escalators before LED displays gradually took over them. It seems that Lisbon Metro has a contract with German elevator company Schmitt + Sohn for the maintenance of their elevators and escalators.
