The achievement Tales of the Exile is a part of the meta achievement Unlocking the Secrets and is needed to fly in Zereth Mortis.
You need to find 7 scrolls.

Part 1
The first scroll is located in the area "The Great Veldt", when you walk from the north towards the south, in front of a rock, in sight of the road, where it goes to the right to the "Path of Inception".

Part 2
The second scroll is located in the area "The Great Veldt" / "Provis Fauna" in the nest of Bitterbeak, within sight of and across from "Haven".

Part 3
The third scroll is located in the area "The Great Veldt" / "Faith's Repose" under a plant, right before the passage, the area where the cave and the flying point is.

Part 4
The fourth scroll is located in the area "Zereth Mortis" / "Dimensional Falls". To do this, simply run around to the right before the "Dimensional Falls" to get to the top. It is the road towards "Catalyst Gardens", before the archway.

Part 5
The fifth scroll is located in the area "Terrace of Formation", in a cave called "The Devoured Cache", when you go in it is on the right on the floor. To find the cave, simply walk north in the area.

Part 6
The sixth scroll is located in the area "Endless Sands", behind a building, in front of a mountain in a corner. To find it, go northwest on the map. You can see the building from far away.

Part 7
The seventh scroll is located in the are "Endless Sands" / "Arrangement Index", on a sand hill, within sight of "Deserted Overlook".

Teil 1
Die erste Schriftrolle befindet sich im Gebiet "Das Große Veld", wenn man von Norden kommend Richtung Süden läuft, vor einem Felsen, in Sichtweite von der Straße, da wo es nach rechts zum "Pfad des Anbeginns" geht.

Teil 2
Die zweite Schriftrolle befindet sich im Gebiet "Das Große Veld" / "Provis Fauna" im Nest von Bitterschnabel, in Sichtweite und gegenüber von "Die Zuflucht".

Teil 3
Die dritte Schriftrolle befindet sich im Gebiet "Das Große Veld" / "Rast des Glaubens" unter einer Pflanze, rechts vorm Durchgang, das Gebiet wo die Höhle und der Flugpunkt ist.

Teil 4
Die vierte Schriftrolle befindet sich im Gebiet "Zereth Mortis" / "Dimensionenfälle". Hierzu einfach noch vor den "Dimensionenfälle" rechts rum laufen, um nach oben zu gelangen. Es ist die Straße Richtung "Katalysatorgärten", vor dem Torbogen.

Teil 5
Die fünfte Schriftrolle befindet sich im Gebiet "Terrasse der Formgebung", in einer Höhle Namens "Das Verschlungene Versteck", wenn man rein geht liegt sie rechst am Boden. Hierzu einfach in dem Gebiet Richtung Norden laufen.

Teil 6
Die sechste Schriftrolle befindet sich im Gebiet "Endlose Sande", hinter einem Gebäude, am Berg in einer Ecke. Hierzu nach Nordwesten auf der Karte laufen. Das Gebäude sieht man schon von Weitem.

Teil 7
Die siebte Schriftrolle befindet sich im Gebiet "Endlose Sande" / "Anordnungsindex", auf einem Sandhügel, in Sichtweite von "Verlassener Rundblick".
