In November 2014 Amwaj Rotana Dubai celebrated the 50th anniversary of Benihana. The chefs put their hats on and heads together to create a special edition golden sushi, called "Golden Nugget". Benihana girls showcased amazing dance moves incorporating the famed tricks and actions of the chefs which wowed the audience every evening!
