Gotland is Sweden's biggest island and it's a very popular tourist destination. I decided to list my top 10 things to see and do on Gotland, ranging from typical touristy things to more...strange choices.

Things included in this list are:
- Visby, the UNESCO World Heritage town featuring roses, ruins, and 3.4 km long Medieval wall.
- Lummelundagrottan, the Lummelunda cave, which is the second longest cave system in Sweden.
- Blå lagunen, the Blue Lagoon, is a name that's used for tons of spots all over the world. And of course Gotland has one of those too.
- Pannkaksträdet, the Pancake Tree, is a playground and pancake cooking spot. Make your own pancakes and have lots of fun!
- Roma kloster, or Roma Abbey, is a set of 900 year old ruins where you can learn more about the agricultural past of Gotland.
- Gotlandståget, the Gotland train, is a museum railway that actually has Roma as it's final destination.
- And even though it's a bit contentions, I'm also including Gotlands djurpark, Gotland Zoo, in this list. They mostly have farm animals and it's a bit more low-key experience.
- Fårö is an island in the north-eastern part of Gotland, and it's well worth a visit because of the scenery, the sea stacks, and the lovely beaches.
- And on Fårö you can also find a place called Creperie Tati, that used to be an old gas station. Come here for crepes and galettes...and for very interesting decor.
- Finally, the last item on this list is of course to visit Medeltidsveckan, the Medieval Week, that takes place every year in August.
