New 7-axis FANUC R-1000iA/120F-7B robot: [ Ссылка ]
FANUC America is proud to introduce the all-new FANUC R-1000iA/120F-7B with an additional axis on the robot’s J2 arm. With this additional axis, the robot is able to fold into itself, making it shorter and able to operate in very tight workspaces.
In this demonstration of the robot’s capabilities, the FANUC 7-axis robot performs a spot welding operation on an automotive body side using integrated FANUC Servo Gun Control, FANUC’s Primary and Wrist Axis Solution Arm for spot welding dress out, and a servo weld gun. The articulation in the FANUC 7-axis robot’s J2 arm enables the robot to be placed closer to the operating point in a welding application without losing any reach. The FANUC 7-axis robot has an amazingly large work area despite its compact design due to the robot’s ability to work overhead and from behind its back. The robot uses FANUC Dual Check Safety (or DCS) software to limit the robot’s envelope within the contact workspace. It also utilizes FANUC’s latest R-30iB Plus controller with an intuitive iPendant for easy setup and operation.
