Our FFC/FPC Connectors’ independent double-beam contacts afford high contact reliability in harsh environments that undergo shock and vibration making them dependable in rugged applications. The FD4P series has a high-density pin count and a low-profile height of 2.00mm that meet customer requirements for upgrading an existing product to a high-resolution display. With a low-profile, these connectors also offer a high retention force to ensure correct mating positioning. Mating indication gives the operator visibility to ensure the correct mating position of the FFC/FPC cable. If the cable is misaligned, the operator can see the ear of the cable in the visual detection area.
