On April 22, 2019, at 7:00 pm, the victim, a 19 year-old female, was involved in verbal altercation with an unknown black male. During the altercation, the suspect followed the victim to the 1000 block of Market Street where he spray her with pepper spray then fled. The victim was treated for eye irritation at Hahnemann Hospital.
Suspect Description: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'9", 160lbs., light skin, thin build, hair in a bun, wearing a red shirt, black jacket around the waist and a blue back pack.
