Cheap Recipes:

Corn Cowder:
1 Bag of frozen or canned corn
1/3 onion diced
1 cup carrot
3 potatoes diced
1/4 bell pepper
3-4 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp flour + 1/4 cup milk to thicken
Cook low and slow for 8 hours
And serve with your favorite toppings

Baked ziti:
16 oz pasta
1/2 jar sauce
8 stalks asparagus diced
1/4 onion
Sale cheese to top!
Bake uncovered at 350 for 10-12 minutes

Sweet potato bean burgers
1 steamed sweet potatoes
1 can rinsed and drained beans
1 can green chilies
Spices to taste
Mash together and form into patties.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes flip and bake an additional 5
Enjoy with your favorite toppings
