The Seven Last Plagues wrap up the intervention of God for His persecuted people. They have an uncanny similarity to another period of God's liberation of his people earlier in the Bible.
Fr. Bill discusses the meaning of the Seven Last Plagues of the Seven Bowls and how this event is an example of how Apocalyptic Literature borrows recognizable images from the past, to give hope for the future and meaning for the present.
