The time has cometh where we finally have finished hanging the trellis and the strings to hold the fruit crops for our floating raft system!

A trellis is necessary for anyone growing fruits such as cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, etc. that want to organize and direct the growth of the fruits.

To complete out trellis we used galvanized steel chains for the main support and twine baler for the strings to direct the growth of the fruits.

We also are using trellis clips to attach the fruits to the strings as the fruits begin to grow larger and develop fruits.

We are very excited to to see the results of this system and to get some fresh fruits from our aquaponics system.
