Jacques Sapriel lives in Philadelphia and works remotely as a Project Manager for a West Coast software firm. Jacques has worked in IT Project Management, Business Analysis and Consulting. He combines a passion for Sustainability with a keen strategic mind. In the Fall of 2011, Jacques re-launched PhillyEcoCity as the prototype for a Sustainability Information and Social Networking Hub for the Greater Philadelphia Region.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
