Do Kwon's life sucks. He's now getting sued by the US Govt for the Terra Luna case. He also recently lost an SEC case where he tried to argue he was not under US jurisdiction, given that he and Terra are in South Korea. It was a fair argument but ultimately overruled as he had a number of employees in the US and was using tons of US exchanges. So now the floor is WIDE OPEN for lawsuits.
