Guardian home inspection performing diagnostic main lateral sewer inspection for subject property 44136 Elm Ave. Inspector used 3 inch ABS main sewer clean out located at front of property. Main lateral sewer pipe inspection consisted of inserting camera at the front of the property and tracing it all the way to the main lateral sewer connection at the city. Sewer lines underneath the property were not inspected, if you would like to have sewer pipes underneath structure inspected please contact Guardian home inspection. Sewer line inspection would consist of an additional fee for a more thorough diagnostic inspection of all your Sewer Line's underneath the structure.

Inspector inserted sewer camera at main lateral sewer pipe which is 3 inch and transitions to clay. The main lateral sewer pipe is clay up to about 15 feet from main lateral sewer pipe, the main lateral sewer pipe transitions to ABS appears to have been repaired/replaced up to about 54 feet from main sewer clean out. The inspector pushed to city sewer connection known as the city saddle, no visible abnormalities detected or present at the time of the inspection. The inspector retracted camera completing main lateral sewer inspection with no visible abnormalities or issues detected at the time of the inspection. Recommend installing proper sewer clean out cap at main sewer clean out.
