Also featuring Okuma's Dual Force Drag, the Trio utilizes the expansive space at the bottom of the spool for an additional drag washer that works in concert with the more standard top stack. By applying pressure to both the top an bottom of the spool, the drag runs incredibly smooth. Top end drag pressure is increased, and due to the fact the overall drag system is larger, heat is dissipated faster, which extends the life of the drag washers.
