ROCK LETTERS! 🪨Fresh air AND letter recognition practice? Sign us up! Summertime calls for outdoor activities, so let’s take the learning outside! For this preschool activity, all you need is chalk and rocks. We got our rocks from our flowerbed. Collecting them in a bucket was an activity in itself for the girls! 👏🏼Then, call out letters, have your child find them, and, once found, have them line up rocks in the shape of the letter! Or it can be an independent activity where your child picks letters on their own to cover at their own pace. Totally up to you! This is one that is fun to keep out, so kids can come back to it over and over…until it rains, of course. 😆This can also absolutely be done with numbers, sight words, names, etc. Who doesn’t love a versatile activity? 🙌🏼
