Thousands of families in Kiev, Ukraine ushered in 2023 by enjoying a New Year's Kids Festival with their children on Saturday.
Despite a deadly missile barrage nearby in the Ukrainian capital, the parents and children at the festival welcomed the respite from the conflict raging not too far from the venue.
