The FIA recently changed the rules regarding its Super License, the racing license required to race in Formula One.

Normally you have to be 18, but the FIA has now changed the rules to allow Kimi Antonelli, who will be 18 in just over two months, to race between now and the Dutch Grand Prix should Williams want to replace Logan Sargeant with him.

Basically, it's like the barman in the pub who goes "ah, you're only a couple of weeks away from 18, go on then. I won't tell if you won't."

But this has upset Indycar and its fans, because there's one man who really wants a super license, but can't get one to save his life. So what's going on? Let's find out.
