This was the first Flight of my First Class trip to Mexico City. The Check-In was fantastic because it was extremely fast, personal address and you could tell that the lady enjoyed looking after a first class passenger. Since the lounge is not managed by the Star Alliance, we leave it out of the Criticism. SWISS First Class promises personal service even on the feeder flights. It wasn't like that at all that Day. Unfortunately, the Crew was busy with themselves and the approaching end of the Day. On the other hand, the Catering was very good and I ignored the negative things and just enjoyed the Flight.
