In this video we diagnose and repair a dead SeeSii 11000 mAh portable spot welder. The symptoms are the welder will not power on, nor take a charge. There are a number of models of this type of tool, from a variety of Chinese _"brands"_ that this same repair would likely apply to where the lithium polymer pouch batteries need to be desoldered and replaced because it has become fully depleted.
