Components :
•1.5 kg of potatoes
( 2 medium potatoes for each person )(Cut to 4 pieces)
•2 large onions
( Cut them in the middle and start cutting the slices. Add salt ( About 1 tablespoon of salt)and let stand for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, rinse the onion with cold and plenty of water . This way they become much sweeter. They eliminate their bitter taste and capsaicin.)
( ***•2 cloves garlic - gross
•2 bay leaves
•2 - 3 Allspice ( English pepper )
•1 teaspoon of salt
•1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
•1 tablespoon, Tomato paste (We will dissolve it with some water)
•1 cup extra virgin olive oil (200 gr) •we will need extra hot water (the water we add to our food is enough to cover the potatoes - no more) )
