The Government for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is rejecting demands from the opposition party in regards to the current Congolese President Joseph. Rally members wants Kabila to step down as president by December 20th. But, Kabila supporters are asking for a referendum to allow him to run for a third term.
