The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Monday said Ajit Pawar and other rebel MLAs acted in a secretive manner, without the knowledge of party chief Sharad Pawar, inviting disqualification. The statement comes after Ajit Pawar and eight NCP MLAs joined the Eknath Shinde-led Maharashtra government on Sunday.
