The Government made sure the number of Opposition Leaders each administration had had to work with continued as a running thread throughout the afternoon’s Parliamentary session.
Questions began on the subject of traffic and transport and moved onto education, housing and justice. It was revealed that over a third of speeding fines issued as Fixed Penalty Notices have not being paid.
