This getting started guide will walk you through an example of how to make a layout or overlay for Twitch or YouTube gameplay content.

It does not go into a ton of details, but rather provides the logistical basics of creating a layout for a a modern 1920x1080p game and a retro game specifically on the GameBoy (160x144p).

This is part 1 of the tutorial covering the creation of the image for the layout. Part 2 will include how to piece it together in OBS for streaming or recording.
