For whatever reason, hitch bicycle rack companies do not offer a light kit with their racks. Everyone knows that at least a portion of your lights will be blocked when bikes are on the rack - especially large e-bikes. When you put a cover over the e bikes, it obliterates the view of your vehicle lights.
