So, what does a Learning Designer actually do? And how is it different from an Instructional Designer?

In today's video, I use the analogy of building a house to explain the steps a Learning Designer does. First, we build the foundations (course overviews), then the walls (map modules and topics). Then we decorate (develop the content) and hand over the keys (publish the course)!
