Just started working on Wolverine's helmet from the new Deadpool movie. I recently posted a step by step process for Wolverine's chest armor and I have Free EVA foam templates available on my website if you'd like to make your own cosplay. This chest armor could also easily be modified to create a bunch of other superhero costumes, so I'm really excited to see what you creative makers do with it!
