Hi everybody and welcome to my kitchen! Today I wanted to try out a very traditional Spanish recipe, We are going to be making a Tarta de Santiago.
This is a gluten and lactose free almond cake, very typical to the region of Galicia, concretely Santiago de Compostela in the north of Spain.
It is known by the distinct cross on top of it.
Be sure to try it, it is delicious!
