[ Ссылка ] We caught Trond Moi for a few minutes, between courses, at Lou Marronie villa in Cotignac, Provence. Trond is a very well known chef in Norway with eight restaurants and a hotel to his name. Yet he finds time to come to Cotignac to share his passion for cooking, discovering the local produce and enjoying some southern France relaxatiion. It is really a special occasion for the participants of the Provencereiser cooking course!
