Laing is a Filipino dish of shredded or whole taro leaves with meat or seafood cooked in thick coconut milk spiced with labuyo chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger, and shrimp paste. It originates from the Bicol Region, where it is known simply as pinangat....
But i have here is a simple recipe due to luck of ingredients this is my way if cooking teach by my bicolana friend au....
Procedure:
Just put all the ingredients on a pot and leave it for simmer until it boiled and low the heat once its boiling....Just wait the taro leaves are totally cooked.
Ingredients:
Taro leaves
Coconut milk
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Green chili
Blackpepper
Chicken stock/chicken cubes
