Today we have smile exercises to help you have a beautiful smile and symmetrical smile.
It also gives you a slim face and helps prevent facial sagging.
Cheek muscle exercises stimulate the work of the jaw muscles.

Exercise 1 : Practice smiling make the corners of the mouth are raised equally.
Prepare 1 chopstick, toothbrush, or pen.
Use your teeth to bite your chopsticks by raising the corners of your mouth.
Try to equalize the corners of your mouth and hold for 30 seconds.
Do this for 3 sets.
Exercise 2 : Practice a wide smile.
Place the chopsticks above the line of the upper lip.
Lift the corners of both mouths up to the chopsticks.
Hold for 30 seconds. Do this for 3 sets.
Exercise 3 : Practice smiling to look natural.
Use your palm to touch your cheek with a finger wrapped around the cheek and the thumb touches the dent in the jawbone.
Pronounce "hee" Drag the sound until the last breath.
In this pose, the cheek muscles are lifted. and squeezing jaw muscles
Pronounce "hoo" Drag the sound until the end of your breath.
In this pose, the cheek muscles will contract and the face will be smaller.
Pronounce "mee" Drag the sound until the end of your breath.
Stretch your lips, lift the corners of your mouth.
Then close your mouth Inhale through the nose. Do this for 3 sets.
When you do it regularly in 1 week, check the results.
You will have a more beautiful smile and the corners of the mouth are naturally raised, make face will look slender as well.
