This lineshaft shop from 1906 was acquired by Andy S about 3 years ago, moved about 300 km and then built in a dis-used Orange Order Lodge building.
Andy, a cabinet maker and man of many talents taught himself how to re-pour babbit bearings for his shop. To date he's done about 75 bearings with more to come.
The shop is located east of Peterborough , Ont.
Andy expects to keep on doing the work of rebuilding and restoration and ultimately, expects to have a thriving business around this shop.
