Let's get our blood pumping with this quick and effective cardio aerobics workout! All exercises are standing and low impact. Each move is set to a 45 second timer then we recover for 15 seconds in which I will demonstrate the next move. There are no repeats and most exercises are combinations which keeps it from getting boring and the time will fly by!
Movements are also set to the beat of the music, but please go at your own pace if I am moving too fast for you. You Do You :)
