MML HST Intercity 43102, DATS Test Train and VolkerRail Tamper Harrowden Junction 2nd March 2021 [ Ссылка ]
DATs test train was happy to see as missed last week due to work. Numbers of engines in this convoy 43066, 91128, 82115, 90035, 91122 & 43054. These train checks the overheard wires Rail Operations Group/DATS OHL Test Train on its various runs between Kettering, Bedford and Corby.
Also saw HST 43102 Swallow Intercity Livery again and Class 360 EMU on driver test training on Midland Main Line Harrowden Junction. East Midlands Railway (EMT) is retiring its fleet of HSTs after 39 years of service on the Midland Main Line.
EMR and the rolling stock leasing company Porterbrook, which owns the vehicles, are commemorating the retirement of the InterCity 125 by painting the power car 43302 in Intercity Swallow livery and reinstating its original number – 43102. The power car will go to the National Railway Museum in York. The museum is already in possession of power car 43002, named ‘Sir Kenneth Grange’.
Also saw 66752 "The Hoosier State" the last wagon has Garfield the cat spray painted on the back
I saw this at Finedon Road Industrial Estate back in January.
