Cheesy Shrimp Tacos:

1 pound raw shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp salted butter
1/2 cup onion
5 garlic cloves
2 poblano peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 tsp garlic pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp heavy cream
3 cups shredded cheese
