Ingredients:
Til (sesame seeds) - 1 cup
Peanuts - 1 cup
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cardamom - 3-4 pods
Ghee - 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Roast sesame seeds and peanuts separately. Let them cool.
2. Grind the roasted sesame seeds and peanuts into a fine powder.
3. Add milk powder, sugar, and cardamom pods to the mixture. Grind again to combine everything evenly.
4. Add 1 tsp of ghee to the mixture.
5. Shape the mixture into ladoos by pressing firmly with your palms.
