SIX TRUE WORDS GREAT BRIGHT MANTRA

Among all other Mantras, I as an artist, registered teacher, counsellor and psychotherapist find the Six True Words Great Bright Mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" extremely beneficial. I hope all of you can feel its utmost benefits in your life and family.

Each of the 6 syllables denotes the removal of certain forces causing suffering"
• Ohm - Om is the inner sound of the universe. As the most important sound, it means de-attaching to the selfish ego and exercising generosity.
• Ma – De-attaching to jealousy
• Ni – De-attaching to the harmful desires
• Pahd – Distancing from prejudice
• Meh – De-attaching to possessiveness
• Hum – Walking away from hatred

My personal experience is chanting these six words occasionally (when you remember to chant them) on a daily basis, or even regularly, helps you out from the unnecessary troubles, which are usually caused by our own faulty mode of thoughts! Chanting these six words when you are on a daily commute, or just when you are waiting in a lift, helps you remember the essential ways of becoming a luckier, psychologically healthier and happier person: forgiving, helping and cherishing!

So, let’s enjoy this one of the most beautiful versions of the SIX TRUE WORDS GREAT BRIGHT MANTRA and you might also meditate yourself emitting the golden light like the BUDDHA, which are IN us, and is manifested when we are doing each other GOOD.
