This exquisite summer cocktail will take you directly to the Amalfi coast! A simple combination of just 2 ingredients makes it a perfect solution for an aperitivo with friends on a hot summer day!
Ingredients:
1. 2-3 peaches (preferably white ones, but any kind will do)
2. Your favourite prosecco, chilled
Instructions:
1. Slice the peaches and blend them until the purée is smooth
2. Strain it through a fine sieve
3. Pour the purée into a flute
4. Pour in some prosecco and gently stir to combine
5. Garnish with a peach slice
