In this video, we share our approach to brewing differing sizes of filter coffee brews when using our latest release, The Sibarist x April Coffee Filter.

The Sibarist x April Coffee Filter is shaped to fit the April Brewer, providing the user with an incredibly low resistance and therefore reducing the draw down times experienced when brewing. This enables the user to tailor their recipes and experiment with other variables, whilst confident that they are able to cease contact between the brewing water and the coffee mass whenever they think is appropriate.

In this video, we show two new examples of how you could utilise this filter when using the April Plastic Brewer that can help optimise the length and contact time of your brews and enable you to achieve a clean and well textured brew without compromising on grind size or intensity.
