In August 2022, CAL hosted a webinar on the recent Final Report released by the Colombian Truth Commission (CEV). Staff Attorney Tatiana Devia moderated a panel of three experts on the Colombian transitional justice system and accountability for human rights abuses committed during the armed conflict: Daniel Marin, Laura Bernal-Bermudez, and Tatiana Rodriguez. They discussed how the Commission handled the responsibility of economic actors, the implementation of the report's recommendations, and opportunities it creates.
