Lucy World, 32, was filmed on a mobile phone careering past a cyclist in Northampton during busy rush-hour.

The phone, which was mounted to the handlebars, shows World’s black Ford Fiesta narrowly miss the cyclist on Wooldale Road at 8.50am on January 7 last year.

The shocked cyclist uploaded the footage of the incident to Northamptonshire Police’s Operation Snap online portal.
