Hello guys. The Burning Crusade expansion brought a lot of changes and new content to World of Warcraft when it was released back in the day. Most notably, the level cap was raised, and a whole new world, Outland, was opened for players to explore and conquer.
Players moved on from the old, Vanilla world, Azeroth, to a large extent, and shifted their focus to the new and greater challenges that awaited them beyond the Dark Portal.
In today's video, however, we stay behind in the old world both physically in-game and metaphorically, and look at how Azeroth as we know it from Classic WoW or knew it from Vanilla was nerfed throughout the lifespan of The Burning Crusade.
With the term "nerfed", I am referring to ways in which Blizzard - directly or indirectly - trivialized the general 1 to 60 gameplay experience known from the original World of Warcraft.
We will be going over all the biggest, broad nerfs that happened, and I will be discussing and giving my own opinion on most of them as well towards the end of the video.
I thought it would be fun to combine the topic of Vanilla WoW or Classic WoW that a lot of us are playing at the moment with The Burning Crusade - especially because of the recent "Classic TBC" rumblings.
