METHOD
Peel the banana.
Cut the banana into thin slices.
Brush over some lime juice and place the slices on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake for 45 minutes at 93ºC (200ºF).
Flip the slices and bake for another 45 minutes at 93ºC (200ºF).
2. Pineapple chips
INGREDIENTS
• Pineapples
• 1/8 cup lemon juice
• Guacamole
METHOD
Cut the pineapple into slices then into triangles and place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Add lemon juice.
Bake at 45ºC (110ºF) for 5 hours.
Serve the pineapple chips with guacamole.
