This is a very healthy Dal Tadka recipe using the superfood “Moringa (drumstick) leaves”. This recipe serves 4 adults. This dish can be eaten with rice, roti, or as is.

Moringa leaves - 1.5 cups
Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onions - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
Cilantro - 1/4 cup
Green chili - 1
Dry red chili - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
