Here is another free workplace assessment for a lady working from home, directly from Italy! This lady works on a laptop and uses a footrest. I will show you that when the footrest is slightly too high, the hip joint is closed. This can cause hip pain, lower back pain and forward head posture (i.e. upper back pain, neck pain and headaches).
Furthermore, I will explain why working directly on a laptop is not the best idea: to avoid neck and shoulder pain, you need a separate keyboard and mouse.
