What is needed:
Vegetable oil, chopped onion, njansang, hard chicken, salt, maggi and pepper to taste.
First, cooked your chicken separately with salt, maggi and some of my blended spices.
Next put a little oil in the pot and when is hot and ready add your onion to crisps.
Then, put in your njansang and allow it to cook for about 10-15 minutes with frequent stirring. (as shown in the video)
Put your boiled chicken into the njansang sauce, add pepper, stir and allow to cook for about 5 minutes. (you might not need any additional maggi or salt since you already have some in the boiled chicken). And the water from the chicken also goes along as the sauce, so no need adding extra water except otherwise needed. Use your judgement please!
That's all to it, you can eat it with plantains, rice, yam, potatoes or any preference of your choice. Is really yummy - you will agree with me on this one.
